Behavioral Health Program
The Initiative Center's Behavioral Health Program! Our program is a comprehensive initiative designed to support the socio-economic well-being of individuals in New Haven County. We provide personalized psychotherapy-based counseling sessions, vocational training, and empowering peer-led group sessions. Our mission is to assist underemployed and unemployed members in overcoming the obstacles they encounter while striving for self-sufficiency and overall wellness. Project Future Leaders
Project Future Leaders (PFL), Generation of Leaders, Inc. will coordinate the creation of a program that will serve as a model on how The Affordable Care Act and government education & training subsidies can be leveraged to not only reduce inner-city violence, but to help those who have been violent or who are at risk of becoming violent, evolve into key contributors in a city’s overall wellbeing. This program will leverage existing federal, state, and municipal resources to financially self-sustain its own long-term operation. In doing so, it will demonstrate an innovative way for cities around the country to curtail gun violence, criminality and delinquency on a profitable basis.

The Psalms Generation Dance Academy
Welcome to our vibrant Dance Academy, where we cultivate a diverse community of dancers ranging from 6 years old to adults. We offer a rich array of dance styles including the graceful discipline of ballet, the energetic rhythms of hip-hop, and the dynamic flair of jazz dance. At our academy, we believe in more than just teaching dance steps; we foster an environment that nurtures personal growth and meaningful connections. Through our carefully designed programs, students not only develop their technical proficiency but also build strong, supportive relationships with fellow dancers and instructors.
